Micah Phan

As office manager at GGN, Micah Phan curates an encouraging, engaging, and creative space within our Seattle studio and expertly supports our hybrid work environment and staff. After receiving her bachelor’s in public administration, Micah began her career within grassroots, non-profit organizations focused on community outreach and engagement. Pivoting to work within bakeries was a joyful way to center her attention on personal creativity and a relationship with food that explores the narrative of food as a sustaining force and as a bridge to explore diverse cultures and diasporas.

Micah also invests her time volunteering with organizations that create safe spaces for queer youth, particularly craft markets and through hosting tabletop role-playing games for youth to explore communal storytelling and creativity.
